The Client:
Icon Accounting is the leading and fastest growing provider of one-stop-shop accountancy and compliance services for independent professional contractors in Ireland. Their offices are located in Swords, Co. Dublin.
The Problem:
Following the introduction of workplace restrictions and working from home conditions Icon Accounting saw a number of issues arise with training new staff, a safe solution for bringing staff back to the offices become imperative.
The Solution:
Following an onsite evaluation of the Icon Accounting office space, the Mia Air team concluded that in order to achieve optimal air quality and purification at least 4 Mia Air HEPA14 Air filtration systems would need to be installed.

The high efficiency particulate absorbing (HEPA) systems work by trapping and destroying airborne particles and viruses before pumping out clean air through a fan – and can be controlled on smartphone apps.

Eighteen of Icon Accounting’s 43 staff have returned to their desks in Swords, many for the first time since March 2020.
